MAINTENANCE
At Bay Village, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Vallejo, so you do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed.
At these Vallejo apartments, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.
To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals.
If you are locked out of your apartment, you are responsible for calling a locksmith.
At Bay Village, we want to make sure all maintenance requests are handled properly. This is why all requests are handled on a first-serve basis. With that being said, we understand that circumstances differ, so emergencies are always taken care of first.
We will make sure everything is in good condition including painting of the apartment and basic maintenance.
Your Vallejo apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure everything is cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
AMENITIES
At Bay Village, each apartment is assigned one parking space. For second vehicles and guest parking, you are able to park in the uncovered parking spaces throughout the community.
Our apartments in Vallejo, offer the amenities that provide you with the activities you love. Spend your Saturday morning reading a new book by the pool, and easily accomplish your fitness goals at the fitness center. When you need to soothe sore muscles or just unwind, use the spa! We also provide a dog park, so your furry friends experience the Bay Village lifestyle right alongside their forever friend.
Our pool opens at 8 am so you can take your morning dop, and closes at 10 pm after you have relaxed in the soothing waters. These hours also apply to our fitness center, so you can choose the best time for you to get your endorphins flowing.
Bay Village is proud to be pet-friendly! We even offer a dog park so you and your furry friend can run off some energy, and then go back to your cozy home for snuggles. There is a $50.00 dog rent per dog per month and a $35.00 per cat per month pet rent. Call our leasing office to discuss breed restrictions, pet rent, or any other questions you may have.
In each of our Vallejo apartments, you'll find an electric stove/oven, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposals, so you can easily cook to your heart's content. In select apartments, microwaves have been added for even more convenience.
Bay Village Apartments come unfurnished, but we would be happy to assist you and connect you with a vendor who provides furnishings at an additional cost.
At these Vallejo apartments, each unit has a washer and dryer, ready to make chores easier!
At Bay Village, there are guidelines as to what is permitted. If you have questions about decoration ideas, call the leasing office for details!
Here at Bay Village, we are equipped for Xfinity and Comcast.
We are located on 44 acres, so there is plenty of room to choose from! Exclusive waterfront views of the Bay can be found, while other units bring you serene tree-lined skies.
ADMIN
Our applications take 3 to 5 business days to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!
Paying rent is made easy by the use of the online Waterton Portal! If you have any questions about the rent payment process, please contact our leasing team.
At Bay Village, all residents are required to have renter's insurance.
Bay Village will provide utility set-up information in your Welcome Letter prior to moving into your new home!
Utilities such as water, trash, sewer, electricity, alarm fees, and all others utility fees, will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.
Everyone is equally responsible for the charges on the apartment.
Alarm fees are $26 per month, Pet Rent is $50.00 per dogs and $35.00 per cats, call our leasing office to discuss any questions about monthly fees.
Bay Village does not allow unattended guests or listing apartment homes for booking on Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
Our tours are provided free of charge!
We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full Bay Village experience, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.
Our management is here to help! Management team members are onsite Monday - Friday depending on schedule or vacations.
In order to be as relaxing for all residents as possible, Bay Village has a quiet time from 10 pm to 6 am.
If you transfer from Bay Village to another Waterton Community, you will need to pay a new deposit at the new community.

LEASING
To apply for your new home at Bay Village, visit the floorplans page and apply now! You are also able to apply though the Waterton corporate site.
If there is nothing available in your time frame, we can absolutely add you to our waiting list for the floor plans you are interested in.
Our applications require complete information, full names, your prior address, employment information in order to be reviewed.

These Vallejo apartments often offer referral bonuses! Offers change from time to time, so contact our leasing team to find out if there are any referral specials currently running.
Any price reduction for advanced payment or lease length depends on the lease expiration for that month. Call our office and speak with a team member to find out more information.
The upfront costs when you sign a lease include your move-in rent, security deposits, prorated alarm fee for the current month, prorated pet rent if applicable, and pet deposit if applicable. If you have any questions about the upfront costs, please contact our leasing office!
If your situation changes, we require a written 30 day notice and 2-month termination fee.
To pay your rent, log into the resident portal website. After logging into your account, you are able to make your payment.
We don't allow subletting of any Bay Village apartment.
